2. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are good-faith estimates and are not guaranteed unless stated in writing. Final pricing may change due to labor time, parts availability, unforeseen mechanical issues, or customer-requested changes. No additional work will be performed without customer approval, except where required for safety or to prevent further damage.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic payment platforms. Failure to pay may result in refusal of future service and pursuit of lawful collection remedies as permitted under Minnesota law.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers are requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a trip or service fee where permitted by law.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to ensure the vessel is legally owned, accessible, safely secured, and compliant with Minnesota boating regulations, and to disclose known mechanical issues, prior repairs, and modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Minnesota law, Wrenches and Waves Marine LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under Minnesota consumer protection laws.

7. No Warranty or Guarantee of Future Performance
Marine systems are subject to environmental conditions, age, and use. No guarantee is made that repairs will prevent future failures.

8. Website Use and Intellectual Property
All website content is the property of Wrenches and Waves Marine LLC and may not be copied without permission.

9. Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for third-party website content.

10. Indemnification
